How it Works...

The Gravity Plates feature an additional hole for the barbell. When the top hole is used, the weight rests lower on the bar. The weight’s center of mass is closer to the body’s center of mass, making certain exercise feel more comfortable and easier to control. Additionally, the weight is more prone to swing. Although this can challenge stability and balance, it can help Improve form, keeping the bar aligned in a smooth path, such as with a squat.
